Amsterdam based KLM upgrades six 787s out of 21 Boeing 787-9s to the larger 787-10. (Including 787 facts!)
According to the carrier, this is not an additional order. The aircraft are expected to be delivered as of 2020.
The 787-10s has a range of 11,900 km or 7,400 mi. The passenger capacity is 330 in typical two class layout compared to 290 on the 787-9.

The Aircrafts had some problems actually 8 of them in the first 3 years. The most well know we cant know. but heres some of them:
- On July 26, 2013, ANA said it had found wiring damage on two 787 locator beacons,
- On September 28, 2013, Norwegian Long Haul decided to take one of its two 787s in its fleet at the time out of service after the two aircraft broke down on more than six occasions in September.
- On July 12, 2013, a fire started on an empty Ethiopian Airlines 787 parked at Heathrow Airport
